If the delivered report contains no actionable finding (no confirmation, no new lead and no evidence relevant to the request), the client may request a full refund within 7 days of delivery. A full refund is also issued in case of non-delivery.
Liability: Mimetic Zero is not liable for platform policies, takedown outcomes, or external actions taken based on the delivered reports. We provide analysis and documentation only; execution and results depend on third parties.
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by Chinese and EU consumer law, depending on the client’s place of residence. Disputes will be handled through amicable settlement before any formal procedure.
Data Handling: Mimetic Zero processes all collected data (including inquiry forms, attached files, and correspondence) in compliance with China’s Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No unnecessary personal data is requested or retained.
Purpose: Information provided by clients is used solely for communication, quotation, and the delivery of requested services. It will never be sold, rented, or disclosed to external parties unless legally required by competent authorities.
Storage & Security: Project files, communication logs, and digital assets are encrypted and stored in secure environments for a maximum period of 12 months following project completion. After this period, they are permanently deleted or anonymized.
Client Rights: In accordance with PIPL and GDPR, clients have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data at any time. Requests can be sent to mimeticzero@protonmail.com.

Is this legal?

What if you find nothing?
You still receive a report documenting everything that was searched. And if it gives you nothing you can act on, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. You keep the report.
How does payment work?

Invoices are issued in USD or EUR. If the report contains no actionable finding, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of delivery.
